No. For RR it was a tingling in the brain and in the heart. The tingling up the leg that MSNBC's Chris Matthews had, turns out, was actually a scurrying RAT up his leg!
Every time I see or hear a Ronald Reagan speech I get a warm and fuzzy feeling. Sort of like seeing the introduction to the new Hawaii-Five O series, hearing the theme and seeing the visuals.
